Very good place to go. I’ve had a few sessions and am impressed by how effective they have been. Dr. Carlos listens very closely and seems to really care about giving the best treatment possible. Highly recommend.

I had treatment for a swollen knee and injured ligament. It was a previous, long-standing condition brought about by strain and over use. The first treatment (basically) resolved the problem. Seven days later the swelling is almost gone and the pain from the ligament is too. The office is easy to find, right on the Subte line and Carlos speaks excellent English.
Fantastic experience! Having a severe stomach upset while traveling to Buenos-Aires and having gone through 3 treatments of acupuncture, felt an immediate relief. Easy and pleasant communication with a doctor, very knowledgeable and easy to make an appointment. Affordable rates. Strongly recommended!
I strongly recommend Argentine Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I have used Dr. Carlos Mendez for two years and he is fabulous. If you need a quick recovery from the long flight from the US to Argentine, acupuncture helps relax the muscles and cope with jet lag. I come to BsAs for dancing and he has been excellent at helping relieve strained muscles and most recently an attack of sciatica. His massages are therapeutic and deep muscle, unlike the feel good massages at a spa that do very little to help relieve muscle strain. It is usually easy to get an appointment and he responds very quickly to messages.

Si buscas una Asociación, este no es el lugar. Es una sola persona de la cual no se sabe su nombre. Complicado para cuando se llega mediante búsquedas de algún respaldo comunitario.
Acudí a este consultorio con un poco de incredulidad (venia de efectuarme 20 terapias de kinesiologya en la rodilla por un edema osseo tibial) y por dolores lumbares, lo cuales ambos dolores siempre reaparecian y nunca terminaron de irse...Me dije: probé de todo...vamos a intentar acá a ver como va y ver si mejora...tengo que decir que luego de una semana ya sentía una notable diferencia. Y ahora después de unas 3 o 4 semanas me siento como nuevo. Carlos es un Profesional con la "P" mayúscula aparte de ser un gran persona. Asi que lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados.
