Perched at the top of one of the most emblematic buildings in Buenos Aires, this bar offers good drinks, finger food and views of the city. Booking also the guided tours is a must.

Perching on the top of Palacio Barolo, Salon 1923 offers what has to be one of Buenos Aires' best views. From the café's balcony you can see across Plaza de Congreso towards the Congreso and all the way down Avenida de Mayo through to Casa Rosada. The venue offers special themed evenings (tango, jazz). The food is average and what most locals resent is the fact unlike a normal café, you can't just walk in and order from the menu as you please- you have to pay for an entry ticket (quite expensive) which entitles you to a small assortment of fixed meals. In summary, the views make the visit worthwhile but don't expect to have a sublime dining experience here. Was here for sunset, the servers were friendly but there is limited seating outside with the views. Gorgeous space though, and there is a minimum 950 pesos charge. The drinks/food are more than your average place but were good, and considering the location I actually thought pretty reasonable (coming from Canada). Definitely recommend
Great view and Art Deco ambiance. Drinks are fine. Not international level good, but way above the average. That said, you are not visiting this venue for food or drinks, but because is on top of one of the most remarkable buildings in BA. Do not miss the chance to spend the night here.
You pay to get to the bar with the promise that you can redeem your tickets for food or drinks. The problem is that the food is terrible and drinks are very limited and of course they are priced 60% more than in any other similar place. Additionally, the view is far from great. So, if you'd like to pay for an old elevator ride, this is your place.
El lugar vale por la vista y el romanticismo del Barolo. El café y la vajilla son buenos. Ahora podrían poner mantel en la mesa o poner mejores mesas que unas de jardín viejas. Las tortas también podrían ser mejores.

Excelente para ir a disfrutar de una de las mejores vistas de Buenos Aires. Linda propuesta para ir y disfrutar en el Roof top de uno de los edificios iconos de capital Federal el barolo. Excelente atención con los cuidados que los protocolos actuales exigen debido a la pandemia vaya no se va a arrepentir
