Located on the main strip in El Calafate, this place offers quick service at reasonable exchange rates. Don't forget to bring your passport with you!

We got there (during opening hours) and the guy outside told us we had to go upstairs to the neighbouring restaurant to exchange our money, so it was all very dodgy. The exchange rate we got was terrible - we calculated that we would've been better off just drawing cash out of an ATM using our foreign bank cards, even with the exchange rate AND transaction fees included. Wouldn't recommend. You're much better off just trying to pay with USD at a supermarket and getting your change in pesos.

BEWARE ... woman shorted couple before us ... and after larger exchange for us and recounting at hotel room we found that we were shorted 400 peso.
