Nothing wrong with the customer service, the man was polite enough. I came in the sell U dollars, and was told the rate was AR57. I balked, told him if that was the rate I'd exchange 20, because I was told AR72. So he went in back and came out to say AR70. Odd business.

Good rates but you need to have perfect bills, no marks, tears or CB D series bills(US serial number).
Rude staff , you can’t use your phone inside you don’t know why ! I run away from it ! Won’t recommend it !

토요일 일요일에도 운영하는 환전소. 주변 다른 은행 환전소에 비해 달러 환전율이 더 좋았음. 우리는 토요일 저녁에 도착했는데 저녁 8시까지 운영해서 다행히 환전할 수 있었음. 카지노 옆에 있어서 분위기 삭막할 줄 알았는데 꼭 그렇지 않음. 낮에는 입구가 열려있지만 저녁, 주말에 입구가 닫혀있을 때는 옆에 연결되어 있는 투어사에 들어가면 환전 창구가 있음. 가드가 옆에 지키고 있으니 안전하게 환전할 수 있습니다. 보안상 내부 사진은 촬영이 불가하니 참고하세요 얼핏 보니 지나치기 쉬우니 참고히세요
Acredito que quem me atendeu foi o proprietário,experiência horrível....eu estava na fila aguardando para ser atendido,aí um careca abriu a porta lateral e perguntou se eu queria "cambio"...eu falei sim...aí ele bateu a Porta e disso....não tenho tempo para isso...fiquei sem entender o que houve....resumindo....um ridico arrogante que não parava de falar que tinha muito trabalho....rs....falar oq....so estou relatando pq para mim foi cômico.....medíocre

La peor cotización de Puerto Iguazú. No emitieron comprobante de transacción. Ni siquiera figura la cotización del día en una pizarra. No los recomiendo. Hay otra casa de cambios mucho más seria.
