I hate when business try to make money with the fine print. There was a rate displayed in a highly visible position... but it was only for 50 and 100 bills. The rate for 20 bills had a 4% discount, but it was only listed on a footnote. Even though I had already announced how much I wanted to change, and the quantity indicated I may only have 20 bills, they make me went all over the process of entering my personal information, which took forever, before telling me there were different rates.
