Everything looks nice. They still using microwave for heating up the foods. .but the end they can’t take MasterCard only Visa. Without cash I’m still hungry.
Vegan ham and cheese empanadas were amazing! Had to try empanadas on my trip to BA, and fortunately this place was close to where I was staying. The staff were lovely, helpful, and happy to speak English. I also had a sandwich which was tasty but a bit too heavy for my taste. Food Looks like it’s made with care and I will definitely come back on my next trip to BA

This shop caters for a specific sector of the population, namely expat vegans and tourist vegans who are roughly a third of its clientele and wealthy local vegans who comprise the other two thirds. The food is prepared at night and so it is always cold and can be heated in a microwave. The prices are high for Argentina (especially if you opt for the smaller sized portions) and are almost on par with what you would pay for the same quality in Western Europe. Alas, the food is bland with not even a single spice or interesting sauce to make it more appealing. It is basically boiled ingredients with names and price tags. The service is very friendly but this is not rare in this part of Buenos Aires. On the 4th June 2019 at 12:15 I bought lentils and the larger size organic tofu and rice as well as the chocolate cake. I noticed a fifty something year old lady with long hair (the owner maybe?) who was standing behind the counter. I am sorry to say that I found one of this lady's long hairs (or the hair of another employee) inside the food which is why I will not buy there again. There was also a small stone in the lentil stew. On the bright side the chocolate cake was absolutely delicious hence the third star :-)
Best vegan empanadas I have ever tried -- the ham and cheese ones taste like ham and cheese which is insane. I make vegan empanadas but could never make something close to these so I actually think the price is fair given that.
