Wonderfull place to stay. The apartment i got with a terrace was clean and very comfortable. Communication was great since i wanted to stay 3days longer and that was no problem at all. Also a small pool at the rooftop was a bonus!

The apartment's are spacious and clean. The location is excellent and very close to plaza Italia and arcos shopping centre. The location is not very noisy as some of the other places in Palermo due to the bars and restaurants, yet very convenient.the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Loved the apartment, service was very good and also great location and facilities.
After a 10 hours flight I arrived to Buenos Aires just to find out that this hotel had canceled our reservation without notice. They simply said that they had no availability when we had successfully booked about 2 months ahead of time. Without a call or email they had just canceled our reservation weeks ago. We complained to the manager and all he said was: "don't worry, call back Expedia and they will book you somewhere else". Never before had experienced such a low level of service.
price, professional and very friendly service, location, big rooms equipped with necessary things, friendly atmosphere. - a bit noisy because of the cars and buses but that's how it is in the whole area of palermo. all together our best hotel experience in argentina

Localização privilegiada, quarto grande, com todos os utensílios novos, banheiro bom, banheira uma delícia, fiquei no quarto com varanda, no 7andar, optei por não contratar o café que é na cafeteria chungo embaixo do prédio. Preparei ovos mexidos e café no quarto, mais cômodo e mais barato. O local não é hotel, por isso para não pagar o IVA (imposto) pague em dinheiro. As meninas ficam no 3 andar, ap. 308 e são super atenciosas, fizeram uma troca de roupa de banho e nos trouxeram um secador de cabelos pois o do quarto queimou. O lugar é top, valeu demais. Vivi Palermo Soho com estilo.
Ótima localização, no coração de Palermo, próximo do metrô e de muitos bares e restaurantes, apartamento e prédio com decoração moderna.
