Classy establishment.. dance floor has some really big cracks and some small chunks missing, but its clean and pretty much smooth. Bathroom is clean. Good layout for the seating and the music was top notch. B-

Great afternoon as well as evening milongas.
Bathrooms were clean the day/time I visited. Very unusual for this type of place. The building weight bearing column off centre makes it interesting. There is a funnel effect on one side when Tango dancers have to wait turns. LOL
Tango is still alive and well in Buenos Aires and El Beso is definitive proof that the tradition is being honored. It starts to get busy around midnight.
I love this place for Tango, and I also dislike it at the same time. Good floor, had a pillar, good seats, music was so so with long cortinas. Food was hit and miss depending on the night. Felt claustrophobic and with the assigned separated seating for genders, had an old feeling. Kinda tense, almost no one under 35. Visit once for a different feeling, but not for me.
Great atmosphere and place to see culture!
Very good milonga and very good school of tango. Uno star less is due to bar service that is not accurate probably because is always crowded.
Nice tango dancing place.
