The Gates carbon belt of my bicycle needed more tension after more than 28,000 kilometres. But one of the bolts had been broken and had to be drilled out. UE helped me directly, kindly, correctly and put a lot of energy into it. Most important: they succeeded. I was very pleased but was not allowed to pay immediately. “Come back tomorrow after you cycle for a while on your bicycle. Let’s then see if everything is still perfect”. The (English-speaking) owner has a good cyclist's heart!

Great service. They rented me the bike the evening before. I rode out to the National park- an awsome fairly easy ride - great for looking around the park. No real trails to speak of. Impressed with the quality of the bike.

Very good service, nice bikes. We made a tour in the national park near ushuaia just to the end of national route number three. One of the things, you have to do, when visiting Ushuaia. Strong recommendation

They were kind enough to let me use their shop downstairs to assemble my bike upon my arrival in Ushuaia. I attempted to get them to help with a broken part on my Rohloff but unfortunately it is a specialty part that would be somewhat difficult to service in many places around the world. Three stars only because they took three and a half days to let me know that they could not help witn that specific bike part. Probably more like three and a half stars.
