My experience with this company is completely positive, they have been really fast in every procediment and lovely people on the phone, following-up always just in case you need something else or you aren't happy with the procedure. Different countries (continents) the company is under different name. My experiences using the service so far where in New Hampshine (USA) and Perth (Australia). Almost 2 years and they have covered even for dental emergency and MRI. As a note I would recommend to use the App in google play than email or phone.

This is the most horrible insurance I've ever could have imagined to exist. They don't cover tests that they have confirmed by mail before. On the phone inside the hospital they told me that they will not pay any test, only consultation. They lied to me saying that the doctors medical report diagnosed I had sexual desease. And that they don't cover this stuff! The doctor was shocked and angry when I told him this and he showed me the medical report which didn't mention anything similar. He said I have a fungus or bacteria most probably and to test std is just interesting cause I have a good sex life. I told him before about my swinger night the weekend before. Yes I'm sexually open but I try to protect myself. From my insurance I require protection as well. I'm a bit shocked how they leave you alone with your problem :( #zerohelp, #zerotrust
