These guys absolutely rock. A toda madre!! Drove safely for 53 hours to get us from Ushuaia to Buenos Aires on a mission of mercy for stranded travellers.

I could not agree more with the other reviewer!! This black man was the rudest guy I have ever met. I went in with a smile on my face then left with him throwing me out. I only asked him a question when he was “busy” looking over his computer, then he gave a dirty look and told me to be quiet, so I did. But the second time when I tried to explain what my mom is trying to say(her english is not so well) he said “shut up!” to me. I was so confused and mad so I asked him what exactly did I do or say to make him so mad. He then pointed to the door and yelled at me to get out... Do not go into this place. Traveling should be fun. Save your energy on other activities.

Just super expensive for a total lack of comfort. Worst nigh bus ever but unfortunately no other choice.

Not sure what’s with the bad ratings, but I reserved with a lady that can speak English and she was very kind and soft spoken and helpful. My last minute plans changed and I had to change my bus reservation like the day after I originally bought it concerning the very next two days. She went through the trouble of changing the whole itin for me. I love her. She has a cute kid too. They prob fired the black dude people are complaining about. I went in two days in a row and did not catch a single sight of him.

Worst bus travel experience I've had during my South America trip. The attendants were extremely unhelpful and rude. There was also no water or toilet paper in the bathroom, water was leaking on me from the roof in my seat and there was no food offered like other bus companies. Expensive too. Go with a different bus company if you can manage it!

Unfortunately, despite the reviews, you can't avoid Taqsa in Patagonia. If you are not argentino you can try bringing food for a better service. Otherwise, good luck waiting for ages while the lady gossips with friends and allows locals to jump the queue (and believe me, it will be a huge queue!).

Horribale ! We wated for 3 hours to get a service. Not friendly or effctive. There was a long line and only one woman gave service. She worked slowly and take her time, and ignoring all the people !!!

dont lose your time there, especially if it's a black man behind the desk, probably the most unpleasant man i met during my world tour, is like a bear with a sore head. there are others companies more "humans" just go further.
