It's a lovely place and the handicraft fair that take place every Sunday is quite interesting, full of different kind products...and if after that you want to go to a coffee or wrap something to eat there are a lot of places where you can find a different range of options to choose

Every Sunday on the square is a local arts and crafts market along with a couple of antique stalls. There is something for everyone and the price of items are very reasonable and you can haggle a little! The stall holders generally produce the products you see. It doesn't really get going until 10 am with some stalls setting up at 11am. A taxi ride from Mendoza in 2020 was less than 650 pesos return using Uber with a journey time of 20 minutes. Recommended for a lazy Sunday Morning.
