I believe that Quilmes needs to find investors that can see the potential of this spot, work on the infrastructure and keep the beach clean. Water looks contaminated to me so refrain from get wet.

Lindo limpio tiene rampa para el acceso de sillas de ruedas y baños públicos limpios. Pasamos una tarde tranquila y relajada a orilla del río .si el agua otro tema .ya todos saben .
