I arrived past the starting time but to my surprise the class wasn't started yet so I was able to locate myself in the spot available (there was one more person only). I think the instructor arrived late too as she was still cleaning the floor while we did the warm up and didn't appear tidy. The space was small, the instructor didn't even ask about my abilities and limitations. I left 10 min later with a couple of cramps and a very apologetic departure. I didn't have a good experience.
