I was sent here 10/25/2018 to aquire a SIM card. After passport, paperwork account set up. Then I had to go to a 25 Hrs store & purchase plan. Wow. Returned 11/26/2018 to get assistance phone not working. The 400 I had paid didn't go on my account. Was here over 2.5 hours. Finally returned to counter and they assisted me. The App for their company in Spanish only. Their employees do not appear to get in a hurry assisting customers. A few helped on 1 or 2 customers in a 2.5 hour period. Then they got on their personal phones. Some employees helped 6 or 7 customers.

Long queue but we finally managed to get a pre paid sim card there as foreigners. Really nice and helpful staff though.

No service without passport. Copy not possible. ID Card not possible. This das they closing at 1 pm. So I go to Claro.
