I used to buy here a lot, since I used to work as IT service. Regretably, they are not as good as they once were, they are no longer cheap and last time I bought a PC there, the dvd reader was broken, but they didn't recognise it, because the warranty said they didnt replace dvd readers. The other thing that bothered me was that I went to their IT services so they can replace a component I didnt had and they charged me a lot, so I went to another it store and made them change it for 8 times less the cost PC hardware had. In general, buying there is not so terrible, but avoid its IT service, it is expensive, and not better than other ones.
