The service was fast and good! My problem was that, I couldn't log-in on my computer bc something to do with my keyboard, so like all my data on it was out of reach! But the it-guy was so helpful, and it took like no time before my problem was fixed.

I brought my 2016 macbook pro in here for service under two apple programs. The tech refused to service it under the apple programs and provided a quote of 45,000 pesos - do to work that apple provides for free for all affected 2016 macbook pros. In any case, I took it to the iPoint in Abasto and they happily did the work, did a great job and didn't charge me a dime. Save yourself a week and avoid OneClick Palermo.

iPhone suddenly stopped showing anything on the screen and I brought it here because it was an official reseller for Apple and they are supposed to be able to fix Apple products. Before starting any transaction, we asked (me and my girlfriend, who is a native Spanish speaker, so there was no communication error) before starting ANY transaction or making any deal whatsoever, that if they were not able to fix the phone, we would not be charged, and they confirmed it. We left the phone with them and 2 days later got an email saying that it would be 11,500 pesos, or about 300 USD to fix it, which is about the same price of the phone, so I decided to not have it fixed by them. I went to pick it up, and then they said that I owed them 700 pesos (20 USD) to pick it up because they ran “diagnostics”, which surely meant just googling the issue like I did before I took it into the store. In summary, they lied to us about the price on if it could or could not be fixed, and I had to pay their fine to pick up my useless brick and waste my time. Do not use this store.

Took my MacBook Pro because it stopped charging, they fixed it perfectly, fast, and for free (it was still under warranty) Recommended official Apple Support

An official apple reseller with really expensive apple stuff. Cost like 3 times than a product outside Argentina
