Staff were very helpful and friendly. The car was quite new and it was so easy and comfortable to drive even it was a big car. As foreigners new in town, we appreaciated their help and high quality service. Value for money.

Beware, OMEGA charges additional fees to your credit card without authorization after cars are returned. No explanation was provided despite several attempts, despite sending them the scanned contract with the agreed amount. I continue to send them e-mails requesting the money to be returned and I have had to resort to contact my credit card company to as Details: Rented an OMEGA car from 11th April to 1st May 18. The car was in good conditions and there was no problem at pick up (in Queenstown) and drop off (Auckalnd). Full payment was completed the day car was picked up. After returning the car they sent me an e-mail informing me that they had charged an additional fee as it appeared in their system that I owed them that. I checked my bank account and the hire contract and I did not owe anything so I replied informing them that full payment had already been done and that they should return that extra money that was charged or provide a logical explanation. They replied again the next day without providing an explanation and insisting that the system showed that. Not only that, but on that day they charged another additional fee!!! (in between both, above USD 100) A back and forth of several e-mails of the sort was exchanged, I looped in other company contacts including their quality representative (Belinda Novata), and I have had no resolution. I am really upset about this as the Auckland Office nor quality personnel have returned the money or even explained what happened; just that it showed in the system. I find this outrageous; no difference from stealing money. Please be careful about using this company.
Excelente e impecable atención, los vehículos están en perfectas condiciones y cumplen de sobra con lo que se puede requerir. Una alternativa mas que recomendable cuando sea necesario contar con una solución de movilidad. Cabe destacar, párrafo aparte, la sobresaliente calidad en la atención por parte del personal a cargo, sobre todo el Señor Néstor y el Señor Martin; siempre expeditivos y atentos a brindar el mejor servicio al cliente.
Alquile una Hyundai H1 naftera caja automatica, con 90.000 km, me la entregaron en buenas condiciones, el precio acorde al producto... excelente andar, muy comoda, el gasto normal, sin problema con los aires, bi zona, hasta mis pasajeros (5) se tenian que abrigar. Me sacaron la ultima fila de asientos para poder cargar comodo los bolsos y maletas.... todo muy claro y transparente. Excelente vehiculo para viajar con amigos o familia.
Nuestra experiencia fue muy mala, nos dieron un auto ford ka chocado en la parte trasera sin luneta y hacia un ruido constante, las gomas estaban destrozadas, que implicó un peligro para nuestra familia, circulando se nos desinflo una goma por el mal estado en el que estaba y nos generaron un consumo en la tarjeta de crédito sin nuestro consentimiento. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Por ahora genial,autos nuevos y leo y Martin creo que se llama así(uno de los encargados es) unos genios buena atención,ahora que concluyó mi alquiler no hay más que palabras de agradecimiento y afecto,buen trato uno que hablar de las comodidades que me ofrecen para el próximo alquiler, Omega..... Jackpot
