What a let down.... Second time I have been to the Nola Arcos and the second time I have been disappointed. While the original NOLA is always great, for some reason this location just doesn’t cut it. First of all the chicken had NO FLAVOR and was cut in the shape of a hot dog. The service even worse with the food coming out not together but within 15 mins of each other

I’m writing this with a lot of mixed feelings, because I know the brand and the original place where they started. THIS IS NOTHING LIKE THAT The only thing you get here are a couple of very simple sandwiches (fried chicken, pickles, lettuce) with no sides for a very high price (300 for a chicken sandwich?). We ordered the “cajun sandwich” that was supposed to be spicy. I don’t know if they forgot to add it to every sandwich we ordered, but there was no spice at all. I had a glass of spiced water to drink and was charged 75, FOR A GLASS OF WATER!!! Most expensive lemon and spices of my life. Besides the fact that the food was pricey, tiny, with no sides and not spicy at all, the service was pretty terrible. It is hard to have bad service in a place where there is almost no service (as you order by the counter and get called by name). To give you an example, at around 21:30 they decided it was time to PUMP UP THE VOLUME of the music, and nobody was able to talk anymore. I stood up and asked for it to be lowered. They did, and then slowly started to raise the volume. People are not stupid. This kind of places only lower the gastronomic bar of the Buenos Aires setting. It is quite sad to see a place that started very good in their original place get bastardized this way. I only hope they are able to find the root cause of this problem
Have been eating here for 5 years, it never fails!
The chicken sandwiches delicious, five starts but, coleslaw salad , was good but tooooo much money for a small portion, attention I don’t know what’s going on with the people in that place specially the cashier and the bartender... A good food is not enough to have five starts. I prefer the original NOLA, is small but at least the people smile there
Don't waste your time or money. This is pretty bad. Go to McDonald's down the street. You will get nicer stuff there for half the price. Nothing Cajun about this place. Not spicy. Sandwichrs with no sides. No fries or anything. Ridiculously overpriced and boring food
The fried chicken is awesome. The ambiance and service excellent.
Really nice fried chicken, breasts is the way to go
Service is good, food is great, prices are ok, beer is great, the corn bread is something out of this world!
