Built alongside on of the busiest bus routes in the city,with no less than 9 different bus lines to choose from, it is very noisy on the avenue. An old recycled shoe factory with new amenities inside. Still has a few 'Macrification' administration issues, such as pool being accessible only from 10am to 8pm (great if you don't work for a living. They had a nice feature of glass bottom to the pool allowing light into the downtairs lobby but obviously contractors cut corners in the build and it leaked so they just cemented over the windows :/), lifts have never had certificates since opening. No parrilla.

Having lived there for the last year and a half, I am pleased to say that it runs every bit as efficiently as Correo Argentina (Argentina mail), that is to say awfully. 150% increase in expenses in one year, no certificates in the elevators, contiual closure of not just the main pool (leaked, fixed it, leaked again), but also the smaller climaticised one, black zone for cable and wifi... actually I''m stopping there. Over it, cannot wait to move out.
