I've tried without success to arrange a booking through the website. No answers received from all my request by email. All my requests were written in spanish language to ease communication.

Great experience with the service during Carnaval Holiday in Feb 2020!
Avoid at all costs! I made a reservation online and only come to find out after I emailed 2 days before my trip about my flight arrival info that they didn't have the auto that I reserved available (don't trust their website availability!). They tried to pull a massive bait and switch and offer me a truck for 3X more than my original reservation. Had I not emailed them, I would have arrived to NQN without knowing that I didn't have a car. They couldn't be bothered to actually reach out to me at the time of the reservation to let me know that they didn't have a car available. I'd suggest finding a company that can operate a website, contact customers, doesn't pull sketchy bait and switch tactics, and actually has cars available. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

La verdad súper contentos con el servicio, súper recomendable! Nosotros alquilamos desde el aeropuerto de Neuquén y nos estaban esperando con el auto listo, súper gentiles en avisarnos que había cortes, en respondernos dudas en el medio del camino. Y lo entregamos en el aeropuerto, nos estaban esperando. ¡No dudaremos en volver a contratar sus servicios en otra visita a Neuquén!
Excelente atención. Muy atentos todos, nos re ayudaron desde el primer momento, indicandonos lugares para visitar, comer y pasarla bien. Muy amables y buena onda! Sin duda la opción Número 1 en alquiler de autos!!!
