Truly Argentinian food, well served on a beautiful and neat place. Our server was phenomenal, food is delicious, great selection of wines and desserts are to die for. I will defenetly recommend this place to anybody that is looking for a great experience. Very fair prices.

Quite disappointing. We ordered the chef salad, chorizo, lamb and ojo de bife. They seem to be specialized in lamb but they served us a piece that was dry, flavourless and 80% bones. The salad was terrible, mostly shredded carrot. The chorizo was super sweet and didn't quite taste like chorizo. The ojo de bife was quite good, I'll give them that. The worst part was the price. Their menu is not cheap and still they add 100 pesos per person just for sitting down. Also they added a compulsory 10% service charge to the bill that they hadn't mentioned before anywhere. I usually don't mind paying a bit more and tip for a good meal, but they didn't serve us good food and still they forced us to tip. It was the most expensive dinner we had in the 12 days we spent in El Calafate and El Chaltén. And not the best by any means.
Great food, with a good list of wine. We went for a mixed meat platter, which goes very well with a side dish such as grilled veggies or a salad. It gets quite busy so it might be a good idea to book a table if you can! The dishes are suitable for both small groups (individual and 2 people dishes) and bigger groups.
It's a place that delivers near fine dining experience at an affordable price. Our lunch started with some bread, served with garlic butter and broad bean salsa. Friend of mine ordered the Supreme Bread Chicken with mashed pumpkin & potato, while I had the Cream of Pumpkin soup followed by a Spanish Omelette. The portions are huge so I would recommend to order just a main course, 1 or 2 sides and maybe a pasta dish to share between 2. I took one star off because the pumpkin soup was more of a puree than a soup. And the mashed Pumpkin and Potato was not seasoned properly.
High standards, high quality, good balance quality-price, atmosphere and design very special, the dishes follows argentinian traditional cuisine, lamb very tasty, highly recommended
Lived in New Zealand and Australia for longer than 7 years. Always thought I tried the best lamb in the world... Well after eating at Tablita I had to change my mind. The only risk is that once you eat there it will be hard to find anything better even in Argentina itself!
This had to be one of the best lambs I have ever had. The presentation, and seeing the lamb being cooked behind the glass was top notch. The pricing was also very reasonable. The next time I'm in El Calafate, this is def going to be on my list!
A little off further up the main road and most other restaurants. Huge dining room though I would recommend going early as by prime dinner time there was a line. Pricing is affordable especially for the excellent, high end ambiance. Highly recommend the ribeye! Great value, tasty and juicy. The glass of Malbec reserva also excellent.
