Great experience, got a brand new Nissan Frontier with the request children seats. We did have a problem that was solved by bringing us a an equivalent replacement 4h away on a Sunday. I know where to rent my next car in Salta. Muchas gracias

Really BAD customer service, we asked for a Nissan Frontier 4x4 got a ChevyS10, asked for full insurance which we got but doesn't include theft or if I drive of a cliff and if the airbags don't deploy?? So just make sure you want to take that risk before hiring it might be cheaper to catch a bus. It's probably good we got a Chevy it would've been 1 and a half million Pesos cheaper for me to pay if it got stolen!!!!!!!!! Sort out your staff
Hired a car for 4 days, great car, good condition, good air con inside, no problems, friendly service, just 61000pesos freeze on the credit card which is a bit much
Employees spoke some English and were very friendly even though we showed up on a busy weekend with no reservation. They got us in a nice car and on our way with no hassle and for a reasonable price.
We picked up our car, which was in good condition, but very, very basic car and the tank was only 7/8 full! We had a nice trip and when we came back, we had a flat front tire, which must have occured just seconds ago, what a pity! Anyway Federico from the store started to help us to change the tire and told us where to fix the puncture for only 200 pesos. The return after was smooth and fast! Thanks again Federico for helping us!
This place has the worst possible customer service. We had to wait unbelivably long (over 90min) to get our car! One sales person basically walked out on me saying that she needs to leave, letting me sitting there. Never ever again.
Professional and quick car return during busy office hours 31.12., thanks Mr. Federico and his colleague at the airport for the flexibility to return the car at the city centre instead of the airport office.
Astonishingly bad service. Do not use. We booked in advance on line and then visited the office to confirm the booking when we arrived in Salta. We showed our booking reference and the Hertz employee looked up their system and we were told all was fine with the booking. Three days later, when we went to pick up the car, we were told that our booking was not confirmed and that they had no cars. The Hertz employee agreed he had confirmed it three days before. We had checked out of our hotel in Salta, had paid for two nights accommodation in other towns that we could not get to without a car, and so lost all our money and had to find emergency accommodation in Salta. Amazingly they also told us that they had bookings from five other customers that day, for whom they had no cars. We will be complaining to Hertz in BA, but the employees warned us that we would not get any compensation. If you don't want to lose money and have your holiday plans ruined, go anywhere else but Hertz Salta.
