Had some trouble with a trekking pole - and I couldnt find the replacement part. Plus it wasn’t feasible to buy just one as a replacement. Went into this hardware store and the young happy guy went out of his way to find a solution. He took it as a challenge I think. Solved the problem and charged me virtually nothing. THANK YOU!! :)
