The level of incompetence deserves 5 stars. I'm an expat looking for a space for a few meetings... Normal business mindset says OK let's exchange money for services. I call them, talk via WhatsApp and even complete form with documentation. All of this for a 3 hour office rental. No, we want this other document (which no expat has) and this other item... To be honest the service was terrible... If this is the client acquisition process God forbid if you actually need to use their service
