My experience was two time visiting and man that obviously owns the place was firstly very uninterested at all speaking with me. Next day when I returned, he was unkind, and anxious. When I asked for price, he said one price and than I saw the price list on the board, and price (probably for locals, as I appeared tourist) was different, way cheaper. I mentioned it to him, he became angry. While he became angry, I aksed him:«well, do you want to help me» in polite spanish argentinian way. And he said with his very angry face : No!! I felt very sad and a bit shocked of this rare experience. Maybe he only likes locals, but I guess he is tired of his work itself. Life is thought for him. But he could be kind. I left without my shoes being repaired.
