If there is an expectation of Zoo then it is not the place to visit. This place is a park with few animals like Camel,Elephant,Llama, Carpinchos and birds like peacock, Peahen, Pigeon, flamingos.Elephant are not for visit if you are lucky you can see them from a far distance. This park is maintained neat and clean. You cannot spend there more than 2hours as there are no much activities to do.Overall good place to go with kids and spend some time.

Is it free and you can spent time with family in a relax environment, also understand animal life and people who take care of theirs

It is an awesome place, it has a lot of animals and it makes me feel glad that they take really good care of them, the workers there are really nice. It is a good place to enjoy a family walk and you can take a lot of nice pictures! I highly recommend it, just pay a visit and enjoy the contact with nature! (warning:if you go in the summer, take fresh clothes and cold beverages and also a bag for trash, take care of the park)

Beautiful park just in the middle of the city. It's still going through remodeling but you can walk around most of the area. It still has few animals that can't be moved because of their advanced age, but they seem to be well taken care of. Perfect for a quiet walk or to bring your kids.

It's wonderful! Right beside the botanic park, you should also see when touring near plaza Italia. Even if you're from around here, you must walk trough Eco Parque. It's great, you get to walk between patagonian maras, royal peacocks, and other animals. There are a couple of interactive displays regarding environment. And last but not least, some of the older animals which couldn't be moved out of the former zoo (now this park) are still here and can be seen.

One of the many beautiful parks in the Buenos Aires park system. Many paved trails to walk with friends and family. Old structures from early 1900s. Park has been increasingly expanded and improved.
