A beautiful building, particularly at night - right in the centre of Buenos Aires. It was not possible to see inside whilst we were there, but it must be equally fantastic inside. We did witness many demonstrations outside, concerning the many 'missing people' in Argentina. The plaza outside the pink palace (as it's commonly known) is the location for most such demonstrations.

The palatial mansion is known officially as Casa de Gobierno, ("House of Government" or "Government House"). Normally, the President lives at the Quinta de Olivos, the official residence of the President of Argentina, which is located in Olivos, Greater Buenos Aires. The characteristic color of the Casa Rosada is baby pink, and is considered one of the most emblematic buildings in Buenos Aires. The building also houses a museum, which contains objects relating to former presidents of Argentina. It has been declared a National Historic Monument of Argentina.
Gathering place National history There are many things here that are amazing. The aura of past prosperity is here. Now, it has been renovated on the front of the park. Visiting is like
Find a spot to sit and reflect on this remarkable pink building. Imagine Evita standing under the arches and inspiring the populist masses. Only the dimension of time separates you. A must see in Buenos Aires. Not much shade so go early before the heat of the day and the gathering of the real masses.
What a handsome presidential headquarters! This president deserves to have such a grand palace because he is a true patriot who does a lots of positives things to his beloved country.
Beautiful Palace!... renovations were taking place during the visit, so it's a good sign they are taking care of it because it really needs it. You must be at the entry, 20 min before the scheduled visit, but don't worry, you still have a chance if you're just on time. You can enter with a small bag to carry important personal items like your ID/Passport and printed reservation which are both mandatory.
The office for the Argentinian President, Casa Rosada, is a must stop as it is also very close to other points of interest such as Puerto Madero, The Obelisk, and the monument for an icon of Spanish Comics Mafalda.
Beautiful venue. Right across Plaza de Mayo (equally beautiful) and close to Puerto Madero. There are a lot of city tours available near the square. There's a subway access from the plaza as well. Regarding the palace, it's an eye-catching building with an elegant architecture. A must-see.
