No problem at rental or drop off. Very courteous and friendly service. English speaking staff. I picked up and returned the car at the main office instead of the airport no problems needed a little longer that last day they waited for me no extra fees. I'd use them again.

Excellent service. All Cactus team always offered help with a difficult situation we'd passed. This rent car will be our next solution for our next travel.
Everything was good except that we got a very old GPS which was not working. They confirmed when we returned the car and GPS that all is fine and we will get back our full warranty. 10 days later we saw that theytook the whole warranty, aftwr asking why they told us the GPS was "broken". Heavy discussions after and we didnt get back our warranty.
I strongly NOT recomend Cactus car rental. One of their employees has stolen my credit card details and used it without my authorisation for puchchasing goods in a online shop. Cactus employees were the only ones to posess the credit card data that has been copeid on the cotract of a car rental.
First Class service. We were able tô pickup and returno at different addresses in Town at no extra cost. Car in good shape.
We rented a car in Salta for a week and had a really good experience. Friendly, practical, efficient. We called a couple of hours before returning the car and asked if we can return it in the city instead of the airport, and it was no problem. Will rent another car with Cactus in Mendoza next week.
Best choise to rent a car. Lowest price in te market and very profesional team member. Automobiles are always checked and tested. Super cleaned. Cactus rent a car. No problems
I went on holidays in Salta and I rent a car to go around. I really recommend this company if you need to have a trip in this part of the world which is wonderful ! The cars are well maintain and confort. The service is very professional and smart. I don't speak spanish and they exactly understood what i wanted and made everything to make us happy !
