Very crowded terminal since its small and good spread of Duty free shopping stores but pricy.. Information desk staff is very helpful. Free WiFi provided inside the terminal. So many shore excursion individuals..for city tours.... Better dont take taxi Dam expensive....

Buenos Aires has a large bus terminal with nearly 80 bays from where air-conditioned luxury buses depart to every direction 24 hours a day. It is located near the Retiro metro station as well as main Railway Station Retiro. The building of the bus terminal is new and well maintained.

The terminal is new. Very quick and has shuttle for cruise ships. Down side few duty free shops prices are good but CASH ONLY! With credit card no deals. Walking in the terminal area is at your own risk, stated by locals and port authorities. You are warned.

Customs was a joke. Where the hell would I get my passport stamped? On the up side, it was quick and easy. 5 minutes flat.

The place is well illuminated, with private security and presence of Naval Prefecture agents. There is a little bar inside. 4 stars because there were few seats available. The area with lots of seats was closed to the public.

We got fast tracked through by Viking cruises but still takes a long time to get through security. Just got to be prepared to wait

Big cruise ship terminal. Lots of souvenir items. Good free wifi, and info booth. Currency exhange with reasonable rate.
