Incredibly bad staff and service. Don't book with them at all! They dont hold promises nor take care of their customers. Horrible experience.

Terrible. Very bad experience. The apartment I rented was in a very bad condition: - one of the bathrooms had a broken pipe so I can't used it because it was totally flooded (took them 3 days to fix it) - the bed was broken so I had to sleep on the couch until they fix it (and that took them more than a week) - one of the TV wasn't working properly (and still doesn't) - several light bulbs were broken - the crockery was not complete and did not fit together. - the coffee pot was broken and they never fixed it In summary, one of my worst experiences ever. It doesn't worth the price!

Excelente atención, me alojé durante 5 meses (agosto a enero) en un cómodo departamento, el servicio fue realizado de acuerdo a lo ofrecido, Florencia y Carolina siempre fueron muy amables al igual que el personal que se encargó de la limpieza. Recomendable 100%.
