The worst service by phone ever seen on a travel airline. They don't know how to solve a problem with a flight and they don't look for ways to help you. They only make excuses and they don't help you. To help you in your problem you better have to go to their official offices. Equally it is at the Airport it seems that they are beginners and not people prepared like other airlines. If you are a foreigner there they get offended faster and they do not help you, even if you speak politely.
Indeed the worst airline I've ever experienced. Customer complaint handling is so ridiculous I can't even begin to describe it. Avoid if possible.
Annoying and took forever with so many unnecessary complications but the CSR actually ended up resolving my issue.
A disaster, they briken6 of our 9 suitcases and it took nearly a year for them to reimburse us for the expense and multiple phone calls. Always late and always on strike for something. Argentineans are destroying their own airline cu given too much power to their unions
AVOID AT ALL COST. WORST AIRLINE . THEY CHARGE YOU AT LEAST HALF THE PRICE OF THE TICKET WHEN YOU CHANGE FLIGHT DATE. RUDE PERSONNEL, UNEDUCATED STEWARDESS WHO CANT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH. A DISGRACE. POOR CALL CENTER ATTENTION. NO SOLUTIONS . ITS NEVER THEIR FAULT ANBD ALWAYS CHARGE YOU

I believe they should close, it loses money and people end up using other airlines, a waste of money.
