Rented a Bike, which was absolutely fine. So far, so good. When having a break on our tour, a woman bumped into our parked bike with her car. She was nice, giving us all her personal, and insurance information. Renter was being absolutely impatient and screaming. Very unprofessional. He calculated an amount for the repair and insisted on cash, instead of using the insurance. So we paid. Afterwards he agreed to ask the insurance for refund. We got a ridiculously small amount back, because the renter held the rest back. The ostensible repair-costs were much higher now. Sorry to say so - in south-americas you're perhaps expected fraud from time to time. Here I definitely feel vindicated. To summarize: When everything runs smooth, you'll probably be happy here. In case there is anything to clarify you're lost here.

We rented a motorcycle for the day to drive the seven lakes route. BarilocheMotos was wonderful to work with. The motorcycle was beautiful and in perfect working condition, as were the helmets. The weather was a little chilly but they have cold weather wear you are able to rent. We highly recommend BarilocheMotos!

This was by far the best company I have rented a motorbike from. The bikes are impeccably maintained, the service was fantastic, and Fernando was extremely helpful - even picking me up and dropping me off himself! Great region to rent a bike because you have such amazing scenery nearby. I’ll be back for a Much longer trip next time!

Cool service, Fernando and Max were really cool, rented everything from the bike to a helmet with bluetooth. Fernando always made sure I was okay during the trip, the bike was very well maintained, and all the bikes are new. Would recommend.

Motos were in excellent conditions. We had two Yamahas and could not complain. All in all a very good day/experience. Serves was in good English. They want to be paid in dollars and demand 'real market' exchange rate when paid in pesos. Keep that in mind. We paid in Euro to a normal, good rate. Our return in pesos was with the same 'real market' rate, very fair! We drove to San Martin and they told us where to find some gravel/dirt roads. I thought they could have given us more information where to go but maybe we did already the best possible! We would do it again!

Renting motorbike in BarilocheMotos was our best idea when we were in Bariloche. You can roam around Bariloche, ride though gravel roads, and visit all places which are hardly accesible for cars. In addition BarilocheMotos Staff (Max and Camille!!) gave us a lot of tips where to go or where and when to tank the gas. Motorbike was in very good condition. We could always contact them if we have any trouble because they speak english, spanish and french so there were no problems with communication. We really recommend that place!
