We hired a car from budget Avis Salta for 5 days , the office manager Walter was very helpful with directions to get us out of town to Cafeyate. then when we return he met us before opening and help us park the car in their private car park. The car was a fantastic Renault Logan it never let us down on the trip and had ample room for my wife and two sons. So thank you so much Walter for you help. Regards John & Silvia Sydney Australia

WILL NEVER USE AVIS AGAIN. Booked car 3 months in advance, received quote for collecting car at Salta city office. Price confirmed by email from Avis 2 days before. When we went to collect car price had changed. When we questioned price change Avis rep (Walter?) said 'you don't want car' then ripped up paperwork saying there are no cars for you to rent. We were horrified especially as we would of payed extra, as we were desperate for a car. The worst service and experience ever. After 4 days without a car we found a very helpful local Car Rental company.
Avis cancelled my booking the night before it, because they had no cars available. Poor service.

Alquilamos en Salta Ciudad, es la primera vez que alquilaba un auto, todo salió muy bien, el auto que pedí no estaba listo pero lo solucionaron, el auto anduvo 10 puntos, y lo cuidamos muy bien también. Luego de devolver el auto, el bloqueo de la tarjeta de crédito demoró más de lo que nos indicaron pero se liberó sin problemas.
Alquilamos un classic y nos dieron un Logan. El vehiculo de 10. No se aprovecharon de nada al momento de la devolucion. recomiendo este rental
