Staff is rude and not very helpful with getting money exchanged. They have very strict rules on the condition of money they will exchange and they don't help you with understanding their rules. If your bills have even the smallest imperfection they will not take them. The girl at the window refused to exchange a crisp new 20 bill that had a 1/4" ink mark on it, the guy at another cambio explained to me why he couldn't take this bill. They do have good rates, if you have good bills and don't mind rudeness it's a convient place to exchange money.

Rapida atención y el valor de cambio es el normal. No como otros lugares que se aprovechan por estar en zona turística te inflan la moneda. Recomiendo cambiar aca.

La oficina y los empleados son excelente, pero la comision es muy alta, por 600 usd recibo 34,200 pesos en lugar de 35,900 (28 dolares diferencia!)
