Awful We found this store off the street and went in because my husband needed to purchase some shirts. He tried on one and it fitted really well except that it was wide around the waist. This is a common issue because my husband is broad in the shoulders but has a small waist. The gentleman that helped us offered us to tailor it for an additional cost. We accepted and I persuaded my husband to purchase a second shirt. The gentleman insisted that there was no need to try on a second shirt since they are all done exactly the same and also offered to tailor this one. The seller requested that we paid in advance the cost of the two shirts, 1600 Arg pesos equivalent at this moment to U 100 plus Arg 400 to be tailored. We paid the equivalent to U125. When we returned to pick up the shirts, I insisted that my husband tried them on. Unfortunately, none of them fit right. Both shirts were made smaller including the armholes. Now the shirts fitted well around the waist but were small around the shoulders. My husband decided to take one home despite the fact that it was not fitting well and the seller offered to fix the other one. We accepted even though it was very inconvenient for us to return to the store. When we returned, the shirt still did not fit. This time the seller offered no solution. We ended up with two shirts that my husband cannot wear.

La calidad de confección no deslumbra y la atención es muy sonriente pero sin inclinación a satisfacer al cliente. El dueño debería aprender a tratar a los clientes tal como lo tratan a él en Inglaterra.
