- Commission is 25% while other agencies are in 15%. - Most of the listings online are no longer available. You have to talk directly with an agent to see what’s available. - Take a screenshot of the price on the website just in case. The listing I cared about was published for a different price than later I was Informed. - Most of the listings I cared about were overpriced compared to other agencies. There is a huge misunderstanding about the dólar price. Make sure to negotiate the right price. I signed my contract in AR to not get scammed with inflation. - One agent was extremely rude and answered super slow (Axel). The other agent (Cristina) was Super nice. She agreed on negotiating a great price for the apartment, and got us a good rate. Thank you Cristina.

They have tons and tons of listings on MercadoLibre and other places, but none of the apartments are available. Don’t waste your time contacting this place.

Places like atbuenosaires exist through a loophole in the law designed to protect renters in Buenos Aires from paying large commissions to exploitative real estate companies. The law unfortunately doesn't apply to temporary contracts, which are limited to 3 months. To get around this, your 6 month contract with atbuenosaires will really be two consecutive 3 month contracts. To renew for another 6 months, atbuenosaires will charge you a second commission fee (the first one is paid when you initially sign) worth approximately one month of rent. This is a common practice among such unscrupulous businesses, but I mention it here because an agent from atbuenosaires outright lied to me about this when I first signed, saying I would not have to pay this fee if I decided to renew (a claim she later denied). Reflecting on the "servicios Premium" for which atbuenosaires charges this inflated premium, I can say that the personnel of atbuenosaires treated me at best dismissively and at worst outright disrespectfully. Once I was mocked me for complaining about having to wait 45 minutes to pay rent, a transaction that takes 5 minutes at most to complete. When it came time to return the keys and get my deposit back, the person or persons in charge of texting me to coordinate was both extremely passive aggressive, sending the same text message several times and calling me repeatedly while I was at work, and weirdly elusive, finally getting in touch 5 minutes before they closed and thus ignoring my follow-up questions until the next day. Unless you're really in a fix, I recommend you join the several facebook groups with titles like "alquilo buenos aires" "alquilar buenos aires dueño directo," "dueño directo sin garantía" etc which offer, in exchange for a lot of scrolling, lower prices for better places that are commission free or charge much smaller, one-time commissions.

So we rented a place threw them and we had to pay them a comission. At 2/3 of our lease the apartment started to have a ant problem in our place. We went to see them to explain them the problem. They told us we needed to talk with the owner. In the contract we sign we dont have any information on the owner. Why are we paying them a comission ?My wife who is pregnant and about to have a baby is stressing because we.made this complaint almost a week ago and the answer us 5 minutes before they leave for.the weekend on a Friday. If I could give less than 1 star I would. The adress I was in was 548 estados Unidas. Traveler be warned.

These people put FAKE listings. The actual ones you will get are much more expensive and nowhere near as nice as the ones advertised. It's WASTE of time, and probably also illegal to do this!
