Terribly long queue when we arrived from Buenos Aires on 3/2 morning! We have landed at 1130 and grabbed the luggage 15 mins later, but took more than 1.5 hrs on queuing up! Everyone feeling exhausted with only 1 staff support for both picking up and return. 1.5 hrs later, 2 more staffs have been came but give priority to elderly ppl with seat already! When we are asking for, the staff honestly told us complain makes priority! What a shame! Car is not that in a good condition, we rented a Nissan March manual transmission, but it’s full with scrap and damage!

Very good service, nice and professional employees with good English. I know many car rental companies in El Calafate get a bad rap, but I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Hertz. We rented a Nissan Versa with an automatic transmission. The pickup/dropoff was very smooth and we had no trouble obtaining the paperwork to drive into Chile to visit Torres del Paine. The car was in great shape (\u003c40,000km, some minor dents but no major issues). Thanks Hertz!
They canceled my reservation and rented my car to another person!

Já fazem 5 dias que devolvi o carro e ainda não tive o estorno da caução. Depois desse meu comentário já se passaram mais de 7 dias e nada ainda foi resolvido. Minha fatura esta quase fechando e eu quero que vocês me enviem por email um comprovante de que vocês fizeram o estorno.
Der Mitarbeiter bei der Übergabe war sehr freundlich und konnte sehr gutes Englisch. Das Auto entsprach leider nicht der gebuchten Klasse (Fließheck/Stufenheck). Aufgrund des Grenzübertritts nach Chile muss man ins 20km entfernte Stadtbüro fahren. Bringt das Papier doch gleich zum Flughafen mit! Das Auto war äußerlich in einem schlechten Zustand. Das Aufleuchten der Motorwarnlampe wurde als normal abgestempelt. Wischwasser war bereits bei der Übergabe leer... mit einfachen Mitteln könnte man hier einen wesentlich besseren Service bieten!
Malísima la silla que ofrecen para niño. Se desarmaba. El resto bien.
