Quiet place showcasing the naval history of Argentina. For 50 peso, why not spare an hour of your time? However, while information and notes are all in Spanish, Google translate app will do the job for you

The Naval Museum of the Nation is a public institution dependent on the Navy of the Argentine Republic and is managed by the Ministry of Defense from its Cultural Heritage area. It is located in the city of Tigre, Province of Buenos Aires, forming part of the attractions of this important tourist city. The mission of the Museum is to acquire, collect and collect objects of historical, scientific and artistic value related to naval activity and Argentine Naval History and through them disseminate the importance of this activity in civil society and promote national maritime awareness. For this, it performs conservation, research, exhibition, communication of cultural heritage and the dissemination of significant historical facts and figures in the history of the Argentine Navy. The origin of the Naval Museum of the Nation dates back to the last decades of the 19th century and is linked to the history of the Naval Center, founded in 1882 by Navy officers. From its first years this club received donations of objects and models of ships that accumulated without an appropriate space to be exhibited. Thus, the idea of allocating a space of the Naval Center to operate, starting on May 20, 1892, the Naval Museum. In 1914, when the club's new headquarters, located on the corner of Cordoba and Florida, were completed, the fourth floor was assigned to the museum. It worked there until he moved to the building he currently occupies, in Paseo Victorica 602, originally built to function as the National Navy Workshops in 1941. The move was promoted by its director and famous naval historian, Frigate Captain Don Hector Raúl Ratto.
