Dark and gloomy touch of this restaurant. It is ideal for a romantic date I guess. I was riding around the neighborhood and decided to finally stop here to have a cocktail at the bar (over the counter). Cocktail was fine and bartender very attentive. Regarding the price is like any other bar from the zone.

Amazing place, all time classic, never losing its value. Great food, nice selection of wines , excellent service and an outdoor area to die for!

This used to be one of the great dining experiences in BsAs, but over the years the kitchen has lost its vision. The dishes are ok, but nothing special. The risotto was especially bland and undercook. MOLLEJAS DE CORAZON A LA LEÑA DE QUEBRACHO promised a lovely wood smoke as the whole restaurant smelled of it, but it was almost unidentifiable. The 2nd course came right after they cleared the starter plates - why the rush? During the meal we were attended by 4 different waiters, not the kind of attention you expect from a high end venue. I ordered the special of the day - a braised lamb shank, but they somehow managed to cook all flavor out of it. The whole dish lacked salt, and when i asked for salt, the brought me salt in small paper bags - am i at McDonalds? The desert a Tartin de Pera capped of the disappointments, by having the toughest pastry and the pear tasted as it came out of a can. The only element that were above par was the cocktails, especially the Old Fashion Love, which was a refreshing take on an old classic. I have been to this restaurant more that 40 times over the years and i used to rate this with 5 stars, but there is a long way back to previous glory. They cannot, at the current state, justify the fairly high price level.

This is just a well decorated place. The food is just right for the price. The waiters are well intended but the service is not good enough. I was served the entree before the wine. Food was rushed in, I felt like I was being dispatched for the next customer. Since the grill was inside, all the place was smokey. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The layout of the restaurant is not ideal, all tables are places one next to the other; very close, you have no intimacy and it feels far from cozy...

Place and personel are great! The food is not up to the scratch, though.

Excellent service. We went for lunch today. The ossobuco empanadas were amazing, and the waiters were super nice and attentive.

My favorite restaurant in Buenos Aires, the cocktails are incredible, Service is superb, the wine list is never ending, the food is just amazing... Try the Ossobucco Rissotto (probably misspelled it but who cares... try it anyway!)
