The oil level of the car was at the minimum and they make you responsible. For me a no go altough they were super flexible with the pickup and bring back time. But because they did not apologize or give any discount for the grave issue with the oil I won't give more stars.

My husband and I were desperately looking for an automatic car to rent in Patagonia for 7 days and it wasn’t available anywhere. Luckily, I got in touch with Servi Car and they were very quick to respond with car model and price. Mark and Marcela were very communicative. The car that we rented was pretty new with only 10k and had fresh, new tires. They also got proper papers for border crossing for Chile for us and gave us very helpful information about roads and gas stations prior to our pick up and again when we saw them in person. Our experience with them through the whole process was easy and seamless and the price was very fair. I highly recommend them!

Great service. Quick to reply on emails, flexible on pickup and return time. Easy communication in Spanish and in English. Very friendly and helpful as for planning of our trip, also no problem in helping us with a permit for crossing the border to Chile. Lower prices compared to bigger rental companies. After returning the car there was a service to bring us to the airport. Highly recommended!

I was a little worried at first due to some negative reviews on the site and the expensive rental for a beater (360 for a week for a tiny chevy; other companies appear to charge upwards of 80 per say). Car worked out great and Servi was the only shop i found in town that still had vehicles. Price included basic insurance and they ended up being super helpful and allowing us to leave car at the hotel as we werent going to make the original drop off time. I had a great experience with them, no issues!

Reliable and very efficient car rental service. Communication with Marcela was very quick. Papers for crossing the Chilean border were easily provided (elswhere in bigger companies it sometimes is a struggle!). The office is a bit old dated, but doesn’t matter because the service is that good!

Fraud Alert !!!! Please stay away from this service. We had a terrible experience with them in Argentina. Their goal is to find loopholes to charge you as much extra penalty as possible. Even after a written email from them allowing extension by a day, they charged us 2 days extra penalty. Complete cheats and frauds. Would recommend staying away and going with other recognized brands.

I was skeptical of renting here at first due to the negative reviews online. However the experience was great. We arranged the details over whatsapp. The collection was very easy. Needed a credit card to post the deposit (which was fine and typical of any car I've ever rented). You can pay in cash for a discount. The car was reliable - a white vw gol. One of the other reviews mentioned a battery problem. We did not experience this. When renting I asked what the payment for damages are as the roads can be choppy between torres del paine and el calafate. I was shown a list and the fixed prices associated with them. The prices didnt seem unreasonable. A reliable, friendly and reasonably priced service. Would rent from servicar again.
