Queues at bus counters were long although worthwhile as you save a bit of money if paying in cash for tickets. Also - why is the person who puts your bag on the bus not paid / why can’t people do it themselves? It gets pretty awkward when you put your own bag into the storage and then the guy is essentially forcing you to give him a tip?!

Decent bus station. Simple and pretty clean. Plenty of charging outlets and there’s WiFi, albeit has slow spikes. Kind of far from town center though, this new building. There isn’t much in the surrounding other than a neat tiny store that sells some snacks, simple sandwiches, etc.

Ok, clean with all the different agencies to book other trips. And few cafés and snack places around, we had a good coffee at C'est la Vie.

I guess I have seen worse...I really prefer toilet paper at the bathroom. Refuge for the wind. And you can order tours and bus tickets to the area. Chairs and electrical charging area. No food, no drinks. 10min to closets store. Totally deserted area

-a lot of bus companies have an office there open until quite late -includes taqsa, cootra, bus-sur, buses gomez, amongst others -there is free wifi, although it is not great

It’s warm! Place is pretty much a bunch of operators with the same prices. Do buy once you get an available spot. Things sell out during high season. Lots of dogs!

A tiny bus terminal. You can save some bucks buying your tickets to Puerto Natales, Chile and to el Chalten from there instead of using the expensive tour companies.

Not much to do there. You can order taxi to get to your hotel. There are information for you to obtain. Also there are usually an information desk for you to ask questions when you arrive during regular business hours
