I went there last October 10th, 2018 approximately at 00:30hs for an emergency situation and the security guard was very rude with us. I asked him three times if they will open the door for me or if they were open for the other people waiting and he refused to answer any question. He just said that we had to wait. After 25 minutes waiting and several attempts to call his attention, we decided to go to another pharmacy. They should understand that if we go there is because we need to and not because we want to.

PESIMA ATENCION, no se a que abren un UNICO canal de comunicacion (Whatsapp) para no tener personal exclusivamente respondiendo mensajes con la demanda que tienen. 3 horas espere para una respuesta, si fuese una persona mayor... es una fcia en la que no podria comprar.-

El personal siempre atento y completo, pero la mala Organization y las largas filas sin discriminar edades o discapacidad (aun con el clima), hacen que se vuelva muy tedioso tener que ir. Busquen solucionar esto porque es una pena . Saludos.
