Sharing the same experience as others regarding the tire. They make you pay for this while the quality of the tires provided is questionable

Would not recommend to anyone. RUDE EMPLOYEES yelled at us that they would not refund the new tire that we had to buy because we had a flat tire even though we paid for an insurance that coveres tires (at least that’s what they told us when they translated the contract). the car was also gross and hardly got us through the rough roads of northern Argentina
Awful car. We paid extra money to cover any exterior damage to the car and when we had to buy a new tire the company REFUSED to refund us. The superviser was rude and yelled at us saying we shouldn't have signed a contract in spanish when HIS EMPLOYEE translated the contract for us and said that the tires were . included in the extra insurance that we paid AWFUL SERVICE AWFUL CARS DO NOT GO THERE
Awful service, the supervisor actually yelled at us for not speaking spanish. The worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. Would definitely not recommend going there. The car itself was also bad and hardly got us through the rough roads of northern Argentina
We had a brocken tire and tryied to change them with a trashy car jack from a Renault (Dacia) Duster. But under right usage it brocke and we needed assistance from a local mechanic. We had to manage to go to Salta again, to get a "new" car jack and drove on with the repaired tire. Now afterwards they told us, that they have to charge us the car jack with a huge price, that where not even close to reality. To summ it up, the cars are expensive, the equipment is trash and the tolerance is non-existent. They are money hungry nothing more nothing less, better make a big turn around them. We had a car from Europcar before this from Alamo and it was way better and half the price.

Super agence !! Nous avons loué une voiture pour faire la boucle Nord et Sud de Salta. Tout c'est bien passé et le personnel est très gentils. En particulier Marianna qui c'est très bien occupé de nous. Rien à redire, foncez !
