We rented kayaks and had a great time! Would recommend. The lake is very beautiful and interesting to explore. I rang ahead to check they were open, and they were really friendly and helpful, explaining how to arrive by bus. Tomas met us off the bus and took us down to the beach. He recommended a few different circuits we could do and saw us off. Thanks!

Outstanding fun! Andres was very amicable and helpful and his English was good as well I highly recommend morenito kayaking for a quick tour of Lago Moreno and unique views of the llao llao resort.

Amazing experience, definitely recommend doing a guided tour with Tomas! He was very flexible and picked us up from our accommodation in Bariloche before taking us on a kayaking tour of the area. He gave a fantastic tour of the lakes and took us to areas we couldn’t have gone without him. One of the best things to do in Bariloche, thanks Tomas!

So the story unfolds as follows We arrived to Bariloche and wanted to rent a kayak, we found this business and contacted the owner about the possibility od renting kayak. He confirmed that his place would be open on that day when we wanted to go , despite Ironman event happening nearby. Based on his promise, we drove 2 hours on dirt gravel roads to reach his place. Regular roads were closed due to Ironman event. Entire effort just to arrive and find out that his shop is closed on that day and he does not even pick up a phone anymore when we call him. Very unprofessional and unreliable. NOT RECOMMENDED.

No quiso darme un kayak doble para utilizar porque le quitaba una plaza, es entendible pero tuvo amplia disponibilidad de kayaks dobles todo el tiempo. Excepto en el momento que aboné, después ni siquiera se pararon de sus sillas para atenderme. Me hicieron agarrar el chaleco a mi (chaleco que acababa de dejar otra persona) y desde lejos me indicaron cuál era el kayak que debía agarrar. Lo mismo ocurrió cuando fui a entregar el chaleco, mirando sus celulares me dijeron "déjalo contado ahí". Exceptuando el amigable trato, los kayaks en gral creería que bien.
