We talked with lagos (a person named nestor) three weeks before our arrival. Every conversation he said that our order is booked. Today, its our day we are arriving, and then they call us to say that they dont have the car we orderd. Now we are stuck without a car. They are realy a joke, and not reliabale.

THIS IS A SCAM! Justo dont rent a car to these guys. Seems like every car they rent out gets stolen, just a huge coincidence considering they make more money when this happens...and they are not even nice! I got answers like "you should use common sense and not my problem. Seems like a cheap option but believe me, it is not!! So, dear foreigners friends, do not even think abaout renting a car here....whats more, the ppl working here are ignorant, they do not know how to speak propper spanish!! They were super rude to me, unprofessional, and honestly they are uneducated, just a waste of your time and money...this a third world rental with a fourth world service..just follow my suggestion and pick a car somewhere else, maybe hertz, just something a little bit more corporative!! My experience? I got stolen and after that, lied 2 times, I ended up spending doubble the money without any good explanation! this company RUINED MY TRIP! So....Lagos rent a car worst rent a car in town! Make yourself a favour and rent somewhere else, somewhere SERIOUS and PROFESSIONAL!

Car broke down. Really old. Had to take bus back with our 2 year old. Promised they would compensate us and they finally did after seeing my first review.

Impecable atención. Tanto telefónica como personalmente. Buscamos en muchos lados y sus precios son los mejores. Los vehículos en buenas condiciones para andar. Nos vieron con las valijas y nos ofrecieron dejarla sin costo. Muchas gracias!
