The snow can be soft and the might need more high speed lifts up top, but overall excellent facilities for someone who needs a skiing fix in August. I skied mid week and lift lines were not bad. I did here someone complain about the beginning lessons, but there are other options for that at the mountain.

Off season so it all at ground level was mostly closed. But cable car working and as we waited the cloud melted and sun came out and views at the top were terrific. Wish the chair lifts had been working. That would have been some ride. Great day out although little more clarity about return trip times would help for non ski visitors

Experienced the lowest part of mountain and in high season. Prices are quite high, concerning everything there. You have several options for equipment rental. There is a bus line (55) up there and down. Although, to go down you will face crowded buses and huge queues. The sporting space for begginers is quite good but very very crowded around 1-3pm.

I got one nice day here when the sun came out but I was unlucky for the other 2 because it was super windy and rainy so the top was shut down for part of the day and then I was really busy down the bottom because of that. When I did get good runs there was some nice powder. The facilities are nice, lots of mountain hut bars and restaurants with good food, pretty views and lovely staff... my Spanish is poor and a lot of people could speak English but those who didn’t were still helpful. There is a lot of good terrain for all levels and some nice side country that doesn’t require hiking, views are amazing when the sun is out.

Skiing on top of the clouds. Simply gorgeous! It is possible for pedestrians to go up the mountain as well.

5 stars for the destination. It was November and now my planning for an eventual winter visit is set in stone... I will hopefully board here soon as it is vast and amazing terrain.

An amazing ski resort. Good and varied tracks. With long stretched out slopes to wide open tracks. Would go again. Sometimes it's filled with idiots in the narrower tracks making it dangerous, but not that often.

Great ski resort, be careful of weather though as lifts closed in winds. Plenty of other things to do - hike or hire bikes. Highly recommend fondue at Rapanui
