Terrible place, they take a long time to do everything. Even worse is that they can charge you some things, but others you have to pay on other places. They only received cash the last time I went there a couple of years ago, so that is another problem as well. If you're forced to go there because you want to sell your car, be prepared to be there the entire morning. (which is the only time they open)

Pésima atención, 1:30 hs para retirar una tarjeta azul. Demoran 30 minutos, mínimo, cuando van al baño. Lamentablemente para retirar trámites no se pueden sacar turnos! Un desastre
