They will defraud you if you give them a chance. They fleeced me of 800 at the Ezeiza airport, and kept both the merchandise , the invoice and the money I paid. Their employee accosted me just as I was boarding the plane . She wanted me to get out of line and return to the shop, claiming they had made a mistake and had to charge me more money. Unbelievable!! There was no mistake. If anything, it was their incompetence. On top of creating an incident- I was threatened with being removed from the boarding line, when it was precisely my turn to board- , and defrauding me, they did not reply when I demanded a refund. DON’T BUY FROM PIEDRAS ARGENTINAS!!!

One of the worst places I have been in my life. They don't know how to treat customers. Be aware of this place. The owners treat people like they only care about money and nothing else. You will find better products in others stores really close to this shop and with better prices

Prices are quite high but design is unique. Dolphins, Penguins, Cats, Whales in form of Earrings and Charms. Rings with Azulina de Salta and Rodocrosita de Argentina. BEST DISCOUNT at Ushuaia Airport

Fun to look, but don't buy anything here. Go down the street/mall one or two blocks on the opposite side and find a store with nicer things at better prices.

Beware tourists when buying at Piedras Argentinas. My wife and I bought a present at one of the shops and casually got charged twice and our debit card details stolen. The only place where I used the debit card was in this shop since the cashier lady insisted that the credit card did not work. Some days later our card was charged with more than 400 USD from money extracted in an ATM in PERU. A Mafia. My wife tried to called to the shop to make them aware of this and the owner's reply was simply to hang up the phone and not even listen. Customer service in Argentina is poor but as a customer I was never treated like this. BEWARE and STAY AWAY from this place. Would leave 0 stars if I could...

Realicé una compra ayer 21/12/20 en el local de florida a la tarde. Excelente atención! Las dos chicas que atendían el local me explicaron las diferencias en las piedras, fueron muy amables y respondieron todas mis consultas. Sin dudas, volveré a comprar ahí.

Trabajé día y medio en el local de la calle Florida en el año 2008. Los años pasaron y no puedo olvidarme del maltrato que recibí, lo que me hizo retirarme del local a media jornada. La calidad humana de ese lugar es pésima. Parecía que el slogan para trabajar con ellos era "Es común llorar los primeros días", y te daban permiso para ir al baño a llorar como algo normal!!! HORRIBLE, más allá de que te hacían almorzar en el sótano bajando unas escaleras angostísimas y en forma de caracol... WORST JOB EVER.
