This was a very reasonably priced option for car rental and also it's a smaller company so I felt better taken care of. That being said the biggest plus about KM 0 Rent A Car has to be Carlos! It was very nice that he spoke English so fluently(being a former English teacher) and my Spanish doesn't involve a lot of car rental vocabulary, but aside from that he was also very accommodating, had some great helpful tips for my travels and was incredibly friendly. I had a great time in the Lakes District with this car, and when I dropped the car off Carlos was working again and after we finished the paperwork we had a great conversation. In summation I highly recommend KM 0 Rent A Car if you're in Neuquen!

Genial atención. Lástima que tiene vehículos publicados en Internet que no tiene disponibles en la realidad. Además tendrían que abrir más temprano. Luego todo bien.
Me entregaron un logan con las cubiertas delanteras gastadas. Alquile cadenas para nieve y eran grandes para el rodado y estaban estiradas. Las tuve que reparar y se volvieron a romper. Compre nuevas y esas me las re integraron. Pero el auto me marcaba tanque lleno ( marcador digital) y cuando hice 15 kms bajo 1/8 de tanque. Lo reclamé y no me dieron bola. Si este comentario lo ve el dueño o gerente sería bueno mejorar estos puntos.
Alquilamos una Duster. Excelente atención, el auto estaba impecable, Retiramos y devolvimos en el aeropuerto sin ningún problema, cumpliendo todo lo que habiamos acordado. Super recomendable
